Join us for a cooking demonstration with tasting portions, led by the talented Chef Clement, as he guides you through the preparation of beloved traditional German dishes.
Discover the crisp, refreshing flavours of Gesalzener Rettich, the creamy richness of Obatzda paired with a warm pretzel. Then, learn how to prepare hearty roast pork, served with homemade potato salad, Bayrisch Kraut, and a rich dark beer sauce. End the experience on a sweet note with the classic Kaiserschmarrn. Each dish thoughtfully selected to showcase the heart of German cuisine.
